
Imagine being handed a glass of wine, and without any help, being able to determine where it’s from, the type of grape and perhaps even the vintage. Wine professionals from all over the world strive to accomplish this, sometimes being able to narrow down a wine all the way to the producer.
At our last wine tasting, a wine connoisseur taught participants some tricks that wine professionals use when pairing wine with a variety of foods. A wine under “blind” tasting conditions, to be named as we taste delectable morsels. Our hope is that participants leave with a whole new insight on tasting wine.
